The phone comes with a dedicated video action camera and it’s oriented which means you can shoot videos vertically and play it horizontally. The key highlights of Motorola One Action are related to 12MP + 16MP + 5MP rear cameras, 6.3-inches IPS Display, Android 9.0 Pie OS, 4GB of RAM and Exynos 9609 Chipset. Below, we have mentioned everything we think about in our Motorola One Action Review.
Motorola One Action Release Date and Price:
The August 16th, 2019 was an official Motorola Action One release date UK which obviously means it’s available on UK shelves as well as other European countries i.e. Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain. As for Motorola One Action Price UK, it set users back £219 which after conversion comes to around $265 in the United States and AU$390 in Australia. The US and Australian pricing details aren’t final as we are yet to get the official details. It’s available in three sensational colours to choose from – Aqua Teal, Pearl White, and Denim Blue.
Motorola One Action Specifications:
Motorola One Action Design:
It’s not super slim at first glance, but it feels fairly light compared with many modern phones available on the market such as Xiaomi Mi A3 and Samsung Galaxy A50. But it is very difficult to overlook this blotch in the top left. For some reason, the selfie camera in the punch hole has a thick black ring which makes the camera more visible and intrusive. And the additional notch guarantees an additional thick status bar. The One Action, on the back, has a glass finish with a sophisticated crosshatch texture. And one can pick it up in a choice of three different colours – Aqua Teal, Pearl White, and Denim Blue. Finally, there is both a USB Type-C port and an audio jack.
Motorola One Action Display:
Taking now a look at its display, Motorola One Action comes with a 21:9 aspect ratio display which isn’t as groundbreaking as in the images, frankly speaking. So many movies and 70% of Netflix originals are shot in the same aspect ratio and on Action One screen, they should be a pleasure to see. For most YouTube content and games, you still have to cope with thick black sidebars. The display has been sharp and the settings can be changed between saturated, standard and boost mode. In fact, the Moto One Action is a compact, simple-to-operate smartphone with its 6.3-inches screen size.
Motorola One Action Camera:
The camera of One Action is what makes it different from other devices. It has a 90-degree wide-angle camera that allows you to shoot large images while maintaining your phone in Portrait orientation and which Motorola ensures is a more natural way to hold your phone. This 16MP wide-angle action camera can’t be used for still photography.
This wide-angle camera has also a big pixel size for higher low-light and is endowed with “strong picture stability” as Lenovo calls it. In addition, a 12MP main sensor and a 5MP depth sensor are included in the phone’s triple camera configuration. And on the front, on the other hand, it’s backed by a 12MP camera that lets you capture memorable moments with your nearest and dearest.
What is Inside Motorola One Action?
The One Action is equipped with the same Exynos 9609 as the One Vision released earlier. The advantage of using the Exynos chip, however, is that the internet won’t be judged. But the Exynos 9609 is a cut down version of Exynos 9610 based on the 10 nm method, which we have seen on the Galaxy A50 and it is as efficient as Snapdragon 660 (by the benchmarks).
The chipset is supported by 4 GB of RAM and extensive 128GB of onboard memory and it sounds great as far as the price is concerned. That being said, Xiaomi, Realme, and Vivo offer more competent smartphones in the same budget and it’s not deniable.
Motorola One Action Battery and Others:
The Motorola One Action depends upon a battery of 3500mAh and is fitted with a conventional 10W charger. Besides, the software for Android One provides a benefit, which is no longer exclusive for Moto mobile phones. If your demands for software are not specific, Stock Android is usually considered to be a secure bet. The skin is light and well-designed and most important of all, it’s quite easy to navigate. At the same moment, the absence of basic features such as call recording can be very inhibiting. Motorola retains signatures such as gestures for Moto Action and Moto Display that allows you to view settings’ notifications. Moto One Action is also a nice contestant for Android 10 and further version upgrades. Read Motorola One Action Review from Stuff
