Lots of users reporting (1,2,3) about the new bug that their regular user profile is missing, files and folders on the desktop are missing, and everything is reset to default after installing the latest cumulative update KB4524244, released on February 11, of Windows 10 November 2019 Update.
Windows 10 users facing this issue because the system fails to load their normal user profile and loading the profile which system use during the update. Fortunately, all your missing files are not deleted but hidden inside.
You can check if your system is affected by this bug by going to C:\Username and check if you find a renamed profile folder ending with .000.

At the moment, Microsoft is not aware of this bug, so there’s no official solution to fix the issue. But, in case you are suffering from this problem, you can solve it simply by restarting Windows several times forcing the system to load a normal user profile. If you find no success, then the last resort is to uninstall the Windows 10 KB4532693 Cumulative Update and wait till Microsoft releases the fix.
